We had a nice time yesterday at the local switching on of the Christmas lights.
They block off the Stony Stratford high street and have stalls, funfair rides and acts performing. They also do a lantern procession too where lots of local people get together before the day to make paper lanterns of all different things and then parade down the street.

Its good to see all of the local “faces” out in force for the occasion - and the kids love it too.

We spent the day at the German Market in Brum city centre today.
The hot ham off the bone cobs are still as yummy, washed down with some german beer.
